Introduction
We officially launched the U.S. chapter of The Women in Programmatic Network in 2023 with one mission in mind: to increase the pay, power, and parity of women working in adtech.
We’re building something that brings women together across functions and regions through meaningful connections, career-shaping conversations, and opportunities to be seen and heard. Our chapters in New York City and Denver are active, and we’re seeing strong interest in expanding to LA and Toronto. Each hub is volunteer-led and works closely with our board to create events and content that speak to the real needs of women in this industry.
Our Vision
Some of the highlights so far: hosting our annual International Women’s Day event at The Trade Desk HQ in NYC for the past two years, our summer happy hour, and a commitment to ensuring at least 50% of our panelists are first-time speakers. We’ve also teamed up with AdMonsters and AdExchanger for a webinar on AI trends, and had our members lead table talks and networking events at Programmatic IO.
Our vision is for TWIPN to become the go-to resource for women in adtech and programmatic. A place to get the tools, skills, and network you need to grow your career on your own terms.
We’re here to help break down the structural barriers that still exist, like unequal pay, lack of access to decision-making circles, and the career challenges many women face after having children. And we want to see more women in leadership as a result.
