Welcome to TWPIN India!

We're building the India chapter of The Women in Programmatic Network, born out of a simple belief: women in adtech and programmatic deserve a community that's truly theirs.

Programmatic in India is growing fast, but the network, visibility, and career support that should come with that growth haven't always kept pace, especially for women navigating this industry across DSPs, agencies, trading desks, and adtech platforms. We're here to change that.

TWPIN India brings together women across functions and companies through meaningful connections, honest career conversations, and opportunities to be seen and heard, starting in Bangalore and growing into a national community across Mumbai and Delhi.

We're starting small and intentionally. Our founding team spans some of the most respected names in Indian programmatic and adtech, and we're building this chapter the way TWIPN has built every chapter before us: volunteer-led, community-first, and grounded in what women in this market actually need.

Over the coming months, we'll be hosting events in major Indian cities, running educational sessions on emerging topics like iOS user acquisition and retail media, and creating space for women to speak, lead, and be recognized, often for the first time.

Our vision is for TWPIN India to become the place women in this industry turn to for community, mentorship, and the kind of network that actually moves careers forward.
